You can make your own learning plan, reasonable schedule and learning progress by your own life environment. After finishing the courses of 4 stages of “Chinese Family Natural Language Learning Method”, you can basically master spoken Chinese, keep improving and gradually improve your Chinese without your awareness.

“A standard learning session lasts 30 minutes including two lessons. The lessons in the schedule are arranged by time sequence and cannot be reversed (time of each session is editable).

 

Step 1 (10 minutes)

Watch animation of lesson (online Flash or downloaded file) to understand the scene through caption and get familiar with Chinese pronunciation. The key of this step is to form a rough idea of scene in learner rather than memorizing specific pronunciation or character.

 

Step 2 (10 minutes)

Open PDF and MP3 files to listen to the lesson repeatedly. In this step, watching is not required. Learner is mainly required to listen repeatedly and get acquainted with the language sense and tone of Chinese, and fit them to the scene.

 

Step 3 (10 minutes)

Follow the pronunciation of FLASH or MP3 files sentence by sentence. This step can be assisted by online voice playback system. Practice of pronunciation is the main target of this step without the necessity to be 100% precise. We will design many reviews later as this is a gradual process.

 
 

Review (the section marked grey is the lesson to be reviewed)

Review is very important to the whole learning program as it is the process of deepening the understanding every day. Any break or missing would weaken the effect of learning. The content to be reviewed is basically the same with new lessons except the time for each step.

Step 1 (5 minutes)

The key of this step is to form a rough idea of scene in learner rather than memorizing specific pronunciation or character. The time spent in this step will be gradually shortened in each review.
 

Step 2 (10 minutes)

Open PDF and MP3 files to listen to the lesson repeatedly. In this step, watching is not required. Learner is mainly required to listen repeatedly and get acquainted with the language sense and tone of Chinese, and fit them to the scene.

 

Step 3 (15 minutes)

Follow the pronunciation of FLASH or MP3 files sentence by sentence. This step can be assisted by online voice playback system. Practice of pronunciation is the main target of this step without the necessity to be 100% precise.  

If there is any break in the 58-day learning program, it is better to restart.
